What you will do

• Own Scope 3 GHG accounting and alignment with Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) accounting.
• Lead climate reporting under ESRS/CSRD, ensuring alignment with CDP and EcoVadis.
• Design and operationalize the climate transition plan in accordance with SBTi.
• Steer emission reduction initiatives and monitor governance and progress tracking.
• Conduct Climate Risk & Opportunity Assessments aligned with CSRD and EU Taxonomy.
• Act as the primary interface for climate-related customer and stakeholder requests.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or MBA in Sustainability Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Sustainability or Climate Management, preferably in semiconductor or automotive environments.
• Strategic expertise in GHG accounting, CSRD/ESRS, SBTi, and CDP.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
