What you will do

• Manage client projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, and timelines while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Development, and Support.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management frameworks and tools.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to management regarding project status and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or client delivery, preferably in fintech or trading technology.
• Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile, PMI, or PRINCE2.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, DevOps, and QA processes.
