What you will do

• Create and maintain detailed integrated project schedules using Planisware for CMC development and technical transfer projects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather schedule inputs and confirm project assumptions.
• Track milestones, action items, and decisions to ensure alignment with project strategy and portfolio priorities.
• Prepare project scheduling deliverables, including reports, dashboards, and milestone summaries for stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication across multiple teams and sites to support interdependent activities.
• Attend project meetings to provide timeline updates and document schedule-related actions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, including at least 1 year in project scheduling or project controls.
• Proficiency in Planisware for scheduling and logic-driven dependency management.
• Experience supporting CMC development, manufacturing, or technical transfer activities.
• Strong understanding of scheduling principles, milestone planning, and critical path analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• BS in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a relevant scientific discipline.
• Previous experience in a consulting role or supporting multiple clients simultaneously.
