Customer Service Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Taichung, Taiwan (7x24 shift)

What you will do

• Perform equipment PM and routine entry-level service actions at customer locations on a 7x24 basis.
• Execute predefined hardware actions and work assignments following existing procedures.
• Manage perfect part returns (PPR) and in-fab logistics for tools and parts.
• Update daily operation systems and provide administrative support.
• Guide and support new team members during their orientation and training.
• Ensure strict compliance with 5S standards and health and safety legislation in the cleanroom.

Requirements

• Proficiency in technical processes or procedures acquired through job-related training and experience.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately in fast-paced environments.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and execution quality.
• Basic English proficiency (approx. level 2-2.5).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Taichung, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Licensed electrician.
• Class B technician certification in Electromechanical & Power Machinery.
