What you will do

• Lead the technical direction and architecture of the Infrastructure as Code service.
• Develop and maintain automation code using Ansible and Python.
• Manage bare metal provisioning, hypervisor setups, and Windows OS deployment.
• Implement security hardening and policy-based configurations for infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support R&D, test setups, and project delivery.
• Mentor team members and conduct technical code reviews.

Requirements

• Strong background in infrastructure automation and platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Proficiency in Windows-based environments and Active Directory.
• Engineering mindset focused on structure, quality, and maintainability.
• Ability to take full technical ownership and work effectively across teams.
