Principal DevOps Engineer (Terraform)

Location: Remote from Argentina

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and enhance shared hosting and shared WordPress platforms.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployments with Terraform and Ansible.
• Develop and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.
• Monitor platform health and implement proactive alerting and remediation.
• Manage container orchestration environments such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Optimize Apache and Nginx configurations, strengthen platform security, and troubleshoot complex production issues.

Requirements

• Experience with Linux system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Apache and Nginx configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools, including Terraform and Ansible.
• Scripting skills in Python and Bash.
• Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture principles.
• Availability to be contacted outside working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Jenkins CI/CD.
• C/C++ experience for compiling packages.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana.
• Cloud platform experience; OCI is a plus.
