TL;DR

Site Reliability Engineer Lead (Cloud): Leading a team of SREs to design and maintain highly scalable and reliable systems with an accent on automation and production uptime. Focus on implementing SOPs for the NOC, optimizing infrastructure provisioning via Terraform/Ansible, and managing incident response.

Location: Hybrid | Bandung, Indonesia (at least 2 days per week in the office). Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of Site Reliability Engineers.
  • Collaborate with software engineering to design and implement scalable, reliable systems and conduct code reviews.
  • Develop and maintain automation tools for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment using Terraform or Ansible.
  • Own Operational projects and the Network Operations Centre (NOC), implementing SOPs for maximum coverage.
  • Lead incident response efforts, perform post-incident reviews, and implement preventive improvements.
  • Analyze system performance, conduct capacity planning, and enhance security measures within the DevOps pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SRE/DevOps leader or in a similar leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages including Python, Shell, or Ruby.
  • Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Expertise in monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Datadog, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana).
