Cloud Business Manager

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. The role is based in Guadalajara and operates within a predominantly remote global team.

What you will do

• Coordinate customer programs, business operations, and cloud-related activities across Order Management, Planning Management, Customer Service, and Manufacturing Operations.
• Connect customers, Sales and Account Management, executives, and international operational teams to align priorities and execution.
• Translate customer and business requirements into actions, owners, timelines, priorities, and follow-up plans.
• Monitor deliverables, commitments, risks, dependencies, and operational issues across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and business information using operational and business data to support decision-making.
• Establish documentation, processes, standards, and continuous-improvement practices for the Cloud Business Manager function in Guadalajara.

Requirements

• Professional experience in technology, networking, cloud, data center, electronics, high-tech manufacturing, or a comparable complex product or service environment.
• Solid experience in program or project management, business operations, customer programs, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Knowledge of Order Management, Planning Management, Customer Service, Manufacturing Operations, or Business Operations.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, business reporting and analytics tools, Oracle NetSuite or comparable ERP systems, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish; fully bilingual communication capability is expected.
• Strong autonomy, ownership, organization, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud networking, data center infrastructure, networking products, electronics, AI infrastructure, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Previous experience as a Program Manager, Business Manager, Operations Manager, or Customer Program Manager.
• Experience establishing or scaling a new team, function, or operation.
• Leadership, mentoring, or onboarding experience.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency.
