What you will do

• Collaborate on the delivery of complex mixed-signal products and IPs.
• Design and develop new digital circuit architectures on advanced process nodes.
• Develop block-level testbenches and ensure IP quality using checklists.
• Contribute to technical reviews and influence group growth through mentoring.
• Work with DFT and Place and Route teams to ensure design integrity.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Edinburgh, UK.
• Must be able to access technical data without an export license.
• Extensive background in digital CMOS circuit design.
• Proficiency in RTL design using Verilog or SystemVerilog.
• Understanding of digital system-level design, bus protocols, and clock/reset architectures.
• Experience with synthesis, timing analysis, Linting, CDC, and RDC tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with UVM-based verification environments.
• Knowledge of AMBA, SPI, I2C protocols.
• Experience with low-power design techniques and power gating.
• Familiarity with DSP filter design using MATLAB.
• Experience with ARM microcontrollers and memory controllers.
