What you will do

• Oversee new business administration, including employer scheme setup and CRM management.
• Drive process optimization and automation by mapping workflows and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Support scheme renewals and partner with customer success teams to refine the customer experience.
• Manage policy event administration, including joiners, leavers, and amendments.
• Act as the first line of investigation for benefit and policy-related queries, owning issue resolution and escalations.
• Lead business-critical strategic projects to accelerate improvement within the BenOps team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, insurance, funds, or benefit administration.
• Must be based in Dublin or London.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
• Clear written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
• Bias for action and a customer-first mindset.
