What you will do

• Define and maintain reporting dashboards using QlikSense and MS Excel with SQL data sources.
• Act as a subject matter expert for software sales and support data analysis.
• Develop regular and ad-hoc reports, defining KPIs and reporting dimensions.
• Provide analytical support for sales planning to regional teams and HQ.
• Manage sales planning methodology and support users in tool utilization.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and deep data quality checks for reporting applications.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar business analyst role.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of direct and indirect sales processes in consumer and business segments.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to identify trends in complex situations.
• Professional background in IT software/hardware or customer data analytics is a plus.
• Working knowledge of QlikSense, SQL, and Salesforce is an advantage.
