Sales Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based in Bratislava, Slovakia

Basic wage component: from €2,100 gross per month, plus a performance bonus paid twice per year of up to 10% of the basic salary for the evaluation period.

What you will do

• Own, define, and maintain reporting dashboards in QlikSense and Microsoft Excel using multiple database sources and SQL.
• Analyze and interpret software sales and customer support data for decision-makers.
• Develop regular and ad hoc reports, including dimensions, KPIs, filters, and reporting methodologies.
• Provide analytical support for regional and HQ sales planning, including findings and corrective actions.
• Maintain and further develop the sales planning methodology and planning tool.
• Perform user acceptance testing, data-quality checks, variance analysis, documentation, and user training.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar business analysis position.
• Advanced English and strong communication skills.
• Good knowledge of direct and indirect sales processes in consumer and business segments.
• Strong analytical thinking, organization, execution skills, and a result-oriented approach.
• Ability to analyze complex situations, identify trends, evaluate impact, and support process improvement.
• Teamwork, consensus orientation, and the ability to maintain focus in risk-related situations.

Nice to have

• Background in IT software or hardware industries or customer data analytics.
• Working knowledge of QlikSense, SQL, or Salesforce.
