What you will do

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System to ensure compliance and standardization.
• Develop and standardize ISO 9001-based processes, including procedures and work instructions.
• Lead root cause analysis initiatives and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure effective validation of process capabilities and maintain high product quality standards.
• Promote a culture of quality ownership and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Quality leadership or management role.
• Proven background within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools, root cause methodologies, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in technical documentation writing and Microsoft Office tools.
• Professional certifications such as CQA or CQE are strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Lean principles training or certifications.
• OSHA 10-hour training.
• Background in electronics.
