Senior Quality Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead the development and deployment of enterprise and site-level quality strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as the management representative for ISO 9001 certification and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and manage Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors to foster a culture of accountability.
• Own the Quality Business System, including internal audits, CAPA, and management reviews.
• Lead supplier quality strategy, including assessments, audits, and supplier development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to ensure effective in-process quality controls and product launch readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field required.
• 8+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, SPC, and CAPA.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change.
• Must be able to work on-site in Menomonee Falls, WI, Monday through Friday.
