What you will do

• Lead and maintain the site Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to develop Quality Plans, Control Plans, and FMEAs to support yield and process capability.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing product quality and manage supplier quality activities.
• Lead customer complaint investigations and facilitate cross-functional 8D problem-solving teams.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and report on Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) metrics to leadership.
• Coordinate external audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a Quality Manager role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001.
• Understanding of 8D problem-solving methodologies and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA).
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and promote a proactive quality culture.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Chippenham, UK site.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as Lead Auditor, CQI, or Six Sigma.
• Experience within the semiconductor industry (photolithography, etch, deposition, CMP).
