What you will do

• Lead technical qualification, discovery, and solution shaping for AWS modernisation opportunities.
• Facilitate customer workshops on application modernisation, platform evolution, and cloud-native architecture.
• Translate customer objectives into modernisation roadmaps, high-level designs, and Statements of Work.
• Design and implement modern architectures using containers, serverless, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale modernisation engagements.
• Ensure successful transition of delivered solutions into customer operations through knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in a technical consulting role.
• Strong ability to operate across the full engagement lifecycle from pre-sales to implementation.
• Deep knowledge of AWS modernisation disciplines including cloud-native design and observability.
• Proven ability to technically lead and manage others on large-scale projects.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for technical and commercial audiences.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted customer relationships.
