HR Operations Leader - TikTok USDS JV (Los Angeles)

Location: Los Angeles, United States; fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week

Salary: $148,200–$328,320 annually, with potential additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Own HR operational processes across onboarding, offboarding, employee records, documentation, payroll coordination, benefits, global mobility, and immigration.
• Manage and optimize HR systems, workflows, integrations, audits, and service delivery.
• Act as the owner for HRIS and related systems, including Workday, Equifax, and Sterling.
• Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Global Mobility and Immigration, and Legal.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, process gaps, and workforce solutions.
• Update HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and documentation while implementing scalable process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or related HR functions.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing HR operations teams or leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency with MS Suite, HRIS, Workday, and other HR technology tools.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.
• Expert knowledge of compliance, labor law requirements, and HR operational best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Experience scaling HR processes, implementing HR initiatives, and navigating organizational change.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
