Mechanical Engineer (Robotics)

Location: Eindhoven (Strijp-T), Netherlands; onsite work at the office

What you will do

• Design and develop mechanical systems, including technical drawings, renderings, requirements, and basic electronic integration.
• Create high-quality 3D CAD files and advanced assemblies with structured design documentation.
• Apply Design for Test and Design for Manufacturing principles, including thermal management, structural analysis, and vibration control.
• Review mechanical system designs, identify dependencies and potential problems, and mentor less experienced engineers.
• Prepare technical proposals and present problem statements and solution alternatives to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with engineers from other disciplines to deliver integrated robotic solutions.

Requirements

• Relevant technical Bachelor's degree.
• More than 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Working proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong proficiency with CAD programs such as NX, SolidWorks, and/or CATIA; NX is preferred.
• Experience with version control and mechanical design documentation.
