TL;DR

Clinical Director (Healthcare): Leading clinical quality management initiatives across a regional network of treatment centers with an accent on regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and clinical service delivery. Focus on overseeing chart audits, facilitating clinical training, and mentoring staff to ensure the standardization of best practices in substance use disorder treatment.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Fort Collins & Longmont, CO (Hybrid)

Compensation: $95,000 - $110,000 per year plus bonus structure and $3,000 hiring incentive.

What you will do

  • Lead supervision-for-supervisors meetings to monitor clinical quality and service delivery.
  • Oversee monthly chart auditing and quality scorecard systems to ensure documentation improvement.
  • Facilitate clinical training and ensure alignment with state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations.
  • Identify gaps and risks in clinical services and implement corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with Regional and Program Directors to support organizational quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing education and mentorship to center clinical teams.

Requirements

  • Master's degree and active licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LAC) required.
  • Minimum five years of experience in clinical supervision or quality assurance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and billing/coding auditing.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to treatment centers within the region.
