Pricing Strategist (Revenue): Designing monetization strategies to drive customer acquisition and long-term revenue expansion with an accent on pricing models, packaging structures, and commercial policies. Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Kaunas) or Remote (Anywhere in the world)
Salary: Gross from 5,000 EUR/month

What you will do
- Develop monetization strategies to drive customer acquisition, expansion, and revenue growth.
- Design pricing models, packaging structures, and commercial policies aligned with customer value.
- Lead offering experiments using data and customer insights to validate opportunities.
- Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, customer research, and competitive benchmarking.
- Drive bundling and cross-selling initiatives to increase customer and cohort LTV.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics teams to influence strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in pricing, monetization, strategy, growth, product, or business analytics.
- Experience developing pricing and packaging strategies that drove measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of subscription, usage-based, and add-on monetization models.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or similar analytical tools to evaluate opportunities.
- Ability to effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders across various departments.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and incomplete information.
