What you will do

• Provide 24/7 on-call support for hardware and application environments.
• Manage incidents, changes, and problems using tools like ServiceNow.
• Support and troubleshoot Tomcat/Java applications and J2EE architectures.
• Maintain Oracle and MSSQL databases and network storage systems (NAS/SAN).
• Collaborate with system architects on deployment and configuration tasks using Jenkins.
• Develop technical documentation including runbooks and work instructions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Eagan, MN
• Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows server hardware and application support.
• Proficiency in incident management tools such as ServiceNow or Service Manager.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, DNS, and F5 BIG-IP.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios or SiteScope.
• Understanding of Software Deployment Lifecycle concepts.
