What you will do
- Lead package evaluation and roadmap definition exercises for workforce management programs.
- Manage onsite-offshore coordination to ensure project delivery.
- Act as the primary interface for clients to understand and address business needs.
- Apply deep knowledge of labor modeling, management, and cost optimization processes.
- Implement and configure Kronos WFC and JDA solutions within retail environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in workforce management.
- Engineering degree required.
- Proven implementation experience with JDA and Kronos WFC.
- Strong understanding of labor management and cost optimization processes.
- Ability to work onsite in Seattle, WA.
Nice to have
- Experience in industries outside of retail.
- Strong communication and team handling skills.
