What you will do

• Execute and manage digital advertising campaigns, including trafficking, testing, and tag management.
• Monitor and QA live campaigns to ensure proper serving, click-through actions, and conversion events.
• Troubleshoot targeting and traffic issues, resolving discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams.
• Analyze campaign performance across segments and execute optimizations to meet client KPIs.
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for future investment to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on hirify.global technology to support RFPs and client meetings.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, specifically in trafficking, campaign management, or programmatic trading.
• Proven experience with RTB/Programmatic buying using at least one DSP.
• Strong understanding of online ad serving concepts and KPIs (CPM, CPA, CPC, Viewability).
• Experience trafficking display, mobile, and video ads.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with web troubleshooting tools like Chrome Inspector or Charles.
• Experience with data visualization or analytical software.
