Location: Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Manage the full feature lifecycle from inception to delivery, including requirements gathering and release analysis.
• Prioritize player experience in all product decisions to align development with target audience needs.
• Analyze game and market metrics to derive actionable insights and set measurable business objectives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely execution.
• Communicate complex product strategies clearly to upper management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management or product development within software or live services.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and navigate ambiguity.
• Deep understanding of user experience and player behavior.
• Demonstrated ability to manage backlogs, set goals, and prioritize effectively.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring talent.

Nice to have

• Previous working experience with live software operations.
• Experience in 4X strategy or Action RPG game genres.
