What you will do

• Define and drive architecture for enterprise SaaS platforms and shared services.
• Lead complex technical initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams and business domains.
• Establish technical direction for scalability, reliability, security, and platform modernization.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate business objectives into long-term technical strategies.
• Lead architecture reviews and technical decision-making for high-impact initiatives.
• Mentor senior and staff engineers to improve engineering velocity and reduce technical debt.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience building SaaS applications or distributed systems.
• Proven experience leading architecture and technical strategy across multiple teams.
• Experience delivering large-scale technical initiatives involving cloud platforms.
• Strong background in designing secure, scalable, and highly available production systems.
• Experience driving technical standards and engineering best practices across an organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with IT management software or cybersecurity products.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, .NET, SQL, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience integrating AI-enabled capabilities into production software.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and event-driven platforms.
