What you will do

  • Develop functional and physical aircraft system architecture aligned with system safety and aviation standards (e.g., ARP 4754A, ARP 4761, STANAG 4671).
  • Select and manage applicable safety requirements from aircraft level to system and component level.
  • Define the safety process and continuously perform safety assessments (FHA, FTA) during development.
  • Select, evaluate, and integrate system architecture components; define verification and validation strategies.
  • Support process planning, execution, and certification liaison, including system-level integration, ground testing, and flight testing support.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in aerospace engineering (or a closely related field).
  • At least 5 years of professional experience with redundant aerospace system architectures and hands-on systems engineering and safety assessment.
  • Solid understanding of avionics, digital communication, and electrical systems.
  • Experience conducting functional hazard assessments and fault tree analyses.
  • Hands-on experience with safety assessment and requirements management tools.
  • Familiarity with aviation regulatory frameworks (e.g., ARP 4754A, ARP 4761, CS-23, DO-178C); military certification experience (e.g., STANAG 4671) is helpful.
  • English communication is required.
