What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the global partner ecosystem and loyalty program.
• Identify and onboard new performance-based partners and loyalty members.
• Design and optimize loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with influencers, content creators, and referral platforms.
• Coordinate digital assets and manage performance campaigns across partner channels.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships, or loyalty program management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in partner tracking platforms and attribution tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, or CJ.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Singapore or able to work from the local office.
