• Provide insights and recommendations to improve user engagement and content quality.

Requirements

• Must have EU work permit.
• English proficiency level B2 or higher.
• Experience in customer support or content moderation.
• Ability to remain professional when dealing with difficult users or situations.
• Proficiency in using moderation tools and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Ability to work during weekends.
