What you will do

  • Identify and resolve technical issues for DACH customers in collaboration with partners.
  • Manage support tickets independently and coordinate fixes with 3rd level support.
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of the hirify.global solution.
  • Troubleshoot system, network, and software issues.
  • Document processes and prepare technical reports.

Requirements

  • Technical diploma or university degree.
  • Solid understanding of IT environments including LAN, WLAN, cloud, Linux, and Windows.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Based in or able to work in Nanterre, France (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Initial professional experience in a similar technical support role.
  • Experience with remote support tools.
