- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues customers experience with the SaaS platform
- Resolve problems related to software functionality and configuration
- Handle technical issues regarding platform integrations
- Ensure clear and effective communication of technical solutions to users
Requirements
- Must be based in the EMEA region (residing in one of the supported countries)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues clearly and effectively
