Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA

Salary: $160,000–$250,000 + equity

What you will do

• Deploy agentic AI systems into production environments.
• Own customer deployments from initial scoping through to go-live.
• Build AI agents, workflows, integrations, and prototypes.
• Work directly with senior customer stakeholders to solve business problems.
• Partner with internal engineering and product teams to drive project outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with the ability to build across the stack.
• Experience in applied AI, agent engineering, or forward deployed engineering.
• Proficiency with Python, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern AI tooling.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High agency, strong product sense, and a history of ownership.
• Must be comfortable with customer-facing work and running client meetings.

• Experience as a founder or founding engineer.
