Location: Must be based in Colombia or Chile

What you will do

  • Design and deliver enterprise-grade AI integrations to accelerate innovation and adoption across client ecosystems.
  • Lead implementation efforts to integrate agentic AI solutions into existing systems, reducing operational risk.
  • Define and implement integration patterns and communication protocols to improve AI agent performance.
  • Develop and maintain full-stack solutions using modern frontend and backend technologies.
  • Drive technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions across distributed teams.
  • Execute system integration initiatives supporting scalable, API-driven, and cloud-compatible architectures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer using .NET, TypeScript, React, and Python.
  • Advanced experience designing and building agentic and LLM-based systems in enterprise contexts.
  • Proven experience with system integration, technical migrations, and API-driven architectures.
  • Proficiency in relational databases, SQL development, and database design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • English: Strong communication skills required for daily collaboration and client interaction
