What you will do
- Provide HR policy guidance and develop comprehensive policy documentation.
- Advise leadership on workforce policy issues and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet mission objectives.
- Analyze operational bottlenecks and recommend strategic improvements.
- Develop reports and deliverables to support continuous improvement and compliance.
- Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to federal guidelines.
Requirements
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience in HR policy or related fields.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
- Must be able to work full-time on-site in Washington, DC.
