What you will do

• Layout and produce branded marketing materials including brochures, email blasts, websites, proposals, and social media content.
• Create visually compelling graphics from research-based data, such as market reports, infographics, and statistical charts.
• Collaborate with the Senior Designer and Marketing Lead to meet deadlines and ensure project quality.
• Translate creative strategy into visual direction and prepare high-impact presentations.
• Stay current with design and marketing trends to enhance brand awareness and professional positioning.
• Manage multiple projects autonomously and collaborate with internal clients to determine the best design approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design/Visual Communications, or Marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Portfolio submission is required during application.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.
