• Interpret client briefs to create effective concepts that exceed expectations.
• Execute top-tier visual problem-solving and concept designs.
• Develop presentation decks that accurately showcase creative work.
• Collaborate in team brainstorming sessions and present work internally.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Support and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3-6+ years of experience in packaging, digital, and/or brand design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in typography, photography, illustration, and sketching.
• Proficiency in Keynote, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
