What you will do

• Translate strategic briefs into breakthrough creative concepts and brand storytelling in partnership with copywriters.
• Design assets across a diverse spectrum, including digital (email, web banners, social) and physical environmental projects.
• Guide projects from initial brainstorming and mood-boarding through to final pre-production and production.
• Partner with brand and channel managers to ensure project objectives, schedules, and budgets are met.
• Clearly articulate design rationale to stakeholders and senior leadership both verbally and visually.
• Stay current on global design trends and emerging technologies to bring innovation to creative output.

Requirements

• BFA or Degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house setting.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong conceptual design sense with a portfolio demonstrating execution across diverse media.
• Advanced capability in mocking up design concepts for stakeholder presentations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint and Word) for copy workflows.
