What you will do

• Design and build the foundational infrastructure for an Agency Outsourcing program from scratch.
• Develop SFTP file transfer pipelines and automated account placement logic.
• Create vendor scorecard frameworks, QA protocols, and call-monitoring processes.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for external vendor partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data, legal, and compliance teams to ensure seamless account transitions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Must have valid employment authorization (no sponsorship provided).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in the collections industry.
• 5+ years of experience designing processes and infrastructure for outsourcing work.
• Proven track record of managing relationships and delivering performance in outsourced collections channels.
• Ability to travel for onsite agency reviews and company meetings within the US.
