What you will do
- Build and own the regional OTC pipeline by developing relationships with institutional clients, including banks, treasury operations, and crypto-native firms.
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach to term sheet negotiation and deal closure.
- Serve as the primary interface between external clients and the internal OTC trading desk to ensure seamless execution.
- Translate client needs into actionable feedback to help shape product and pricing offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events and market forums across the Asia Pacific region.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene to provide visibility into deal flow.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in institutional sales or trading-adjacent roles at FX brokers, tier-1/2 banks, or crypto liquidity providers.
- Deep network of active relationships across institutional FX desks and digital asset funds in the Asia Pacific region.
- Proven track record of owning revenue targets and delivering results in competitive, relationship-driven markets.
- Strong understanding of OTC market mechanics, FX settlement workflows, and digital asset liquidity.
- Excellent communication skills capable of engaging at both C-suite and desk levels.
- Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
Nice to have
- Experience at a reputable crypto exchange or institutional digital asset firm.
- Familiarity with blockchain-enabled settlement, stablecoin liquidity, or cross-border payment rails.
