What you will do
- Own and exceed country-level enterprise quotas for both Public Sector (NatSec, Law Enforcement) and Private Sector (Banks, Fintechs) in South Korea.
- Build and manage a pipeline from the ground up through strong outbound instincts and demand generation.
- Establish trust and build high-level relationships with Korean intelligence, defence, and financial services ecosystems.
- Close complex enterprise deals with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Develop and execute region-specific go-to-market strategies, including tailored positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate with Solutions, PreSales, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 12+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience targeting Korean financial institutions or government agencies.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing multi-million dollar deals.
- Experience selling compliance, risk, fraud, or security solutions.
- Established relationships within the Korean financial services or national security sectors.
- Deep understanding of Korean public sector procurement and regulatory bodies (e.g., FSC, FSS, KoFIU).
- Native-level Korean and business-level English fluency.
Nice to have
- Experience with Financial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or Cryptocurrency technologies.
- Knowledge of Web3 and blockchain technology.
