What you will do

• Administer and monitor Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and provide 2nd line support for IAM, Identity Systems, and Federation Services.
• Design and create Identity Access Management processes and implement changes following ICT change management procedures.
• Manage IAM incidents and User Access management while troubleshooting IAM components.
• Develop advanced PowerShell automation (Graph, REST) and technical integrations with ServiceNow.
• Design and maintain MS SQL tables, views, and T-SQL stored procedures for operational data processing.
• Update technical documentation and operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Active EU Security Clearance.
• English: B2 level required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Identity Manager, Active Directory, Entra ID, and federation protocols (SAML v2, OAUTH, WS-FED).
• Proficiency in PowerShell automation and MS SQL development (query optimization, transactions, indexing).
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL-based change, configuration, and release management.

Nice to have

• Experience with IGA platforms such as SailPoint IIQ or HR systems integration.
• Certifications in Microsoft, SailPoint, or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD practices.
