What you will do

• Develop, implement, and integrate IAM solutions to protect information resources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to identities, authentication, authorization, and permissions.
• Perform maintenance, patching, and monitoring of IAM systems including SailPoint.
• Facilitate the adoption and training of IAM standards and capabilities across the organization.
• Refine reusable strategies and frameworks to support enterprise-level IAM services.
• Maintain awareness of legal and regulatory changes affecting information security operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 5+ years of experience in Information Security, IAM Engineering, or Systems Analysis.
• 3+ years of experience with IAM concepts including identity lifecycle, RBAC, MFA, and SSO.
• 3+ years of experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, or Azure AD.
• 3+ years of experience in regulated industries like healthcare or finance.
• 3+ years of experience working within the SAFe Agile framework.
• Proficiency in Java, C#/C++, PowerShell, or Python.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• CISSP, CISA, CISM, or SANS certifications.
• Specific vendor certifications for SailPoint or Azure AD.
• Cloud security certifications.
