Salary: $137,500 – $192,500

What you will do

• Own systems and workflows connecting learning, knowledge, and agent-support platforms to ensure reliable content delivery.
• Lead the implementation of new tools and workflows from discovery through launch, including requirements and PoC evaluation.
• Build and improve automation for the content lifecycle to reduce manual effort and increase consistency.
• Implement metadata, taxonomy, and classification standards to organize and govern content at scale.
• Establish technical foundations for trusted knowledge used in both human and AI-enabled experiences.
• Partner with strategy, operations, and technical teams to translate governance requirements into practical systems.

Requirements

• Experience designing and improving workflows for content, knowledge, or learning platforms in mid-to-large organizations.
• Proven track record with workflow automation, systems integration, or platform operations.
• Deep understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and classification models.
• Ability to translate complex business needs and operational processes into technical requirements.
• Degree in Information Architecture, Library and Information Science, Knowledge Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must have valid US work authorization (E-Verify participated)
