What you will do

• Implement core deep-learning, computer vision, and (inverse-)procedural modeling algorithms in Python.
• Apply cutting-edge research in machine learning and computer graphics to solve real-world problems.
• Collaborate with cofounders to translate high-level product vision into technical milestones.
• Deploy and test code on large-scale geospatial datasets using Unix shells.
• Manage source code and modularize complex tasks using Git.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent deep technical experience.
• Proven professional experience as a DL Engineer or Applied Research Engineer in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency with Python, Git, and the Unix shell.
• Strong mathematical background covering linear algebra, statistics, probability, and numerical methods.
• Proven experience training and debugging artificial neural networks.
• Must be available for in-person interviews at company locations (New York, NY).

Nice to have

• Prior experience in robotics, smart grids, precision agriculture, game development, or aerospace.
• Proficiency with modern C++ to interface with data ingestion and product pipelines.
