Location: Washington, DC; full-time on-site

What you will do
- Support HR operations, employee inquiries, and transaction processing.
- Implement HR policies and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
- Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
- Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Washington, DC.
