What you will do

• Manage daily administrative tasks, including high-volume data entry and professional correspondence.
• Coordinate staff rosters, scheduling, and shift changes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Handle sales administration, lead management through GoHighLevel, and client relationship management.
• Maintain and optimize GoHighLevel CRM back-end workflows and communication campaigns.
• Develop AI-driven workflows and operational automations using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Manus.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in administrative or operations roles.
• Advanced, deep working knowledge of the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform.
• Strong experience building business automations and utilizing modern AI platforms.
• Ability to handle high-volume data entry and professional phone/email support.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Melbourne, VIC Time.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
