What you will do

• Shape and execute the Operations roadmap to achieve world-class automation and efficiency.
• Coordinate company-wide planning and governance for the Operations department in collaboration with the COO and Head of Operations.
• Manage internal and external communications between Operations and the broader organization.
• Lead special projects, including the implementation of the Operating Management System (LOMS).
• Facilitate the adoption of new systems and AI tools within business operations.
• Develop the operating model for future global operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or management consulting.
• Proven track record of driving initiatives and delivering results in fast-growth scale-ups.
• Must possess a current driver's licence as the role is primarily site-based.
• Strong proficiency in technology and emerging AI tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
