What you will do

• Collaborate with product designers to ideate and develop new MOSFET device structures.
• Manage process integration and optimization by working closely with internal experts and external foundry partners.
• Design experimental matrices to evaluate and optimize device performance against specifications.
• Generate final design rule menus and electrical parametric specifications in coordination with fab engineering teams.
• Provide expert technical guidance on semiconductor devices and processes to design teams.
• Conduct reverse engineering analysis and support fab selection for future foundry locations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in power MOSFET design and process.
• Proven experience with conventional Bipolar and DMOS processes.
• First-hand knowledge of semiconductor processes and device layout.
• English proficiency for verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently in a cross-cultural environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in TCAD simulations.
• Background in semiconductor testing, characterization, and packaging.
