What you will do

• Develop consistent reporting, analytics, and KPIs to improve transparency of global cash positions and risk exposures.
• Perform data-driven financial and reconciliation analysis on cash flows, payment volumes, and safeguarding balances.
• Design and implement safeguarding and client money controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to define requirements for reconciliation tooling and data models.
• Drive process standardization and automation to reduce manual intervention and operational risk.
• Support firmwide initiatives including new banking partnerships and product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role within Financial Services, Internet, or Fintech industries.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, banking/payment products, and accounting standards.
• Advanced analytical skills for handling large datasets to generate business insights.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous, and startup-like environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with programming languages such as SQL, R, and Python.
• Proficiency with analytical tools like Tableau, Looker, and Data Studio.
