What you will do

  • Design and scale risk processes to cover a complex landscape of compliance risks for a rapidly expanding user base.
  • Manage large operational service providers (OSP), including reviewing third-party contracts and handling capacity forecasting and budgets.
  • Perform quantitative analysis to improve sanctions operational processes and mitigate noncompliance issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to develop risk detection systems and safe AI coverage.
  • Implement and monitor pilot initiatives to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of compliance operational processes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of work experience in a related security, risk, or compliance operations field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Domain expertise in banking risk management and agent-based compliance operations processes.
  • Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia; this role is not remote-eligible.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical teams and emerging technologies.
