What you will do

• Define and execute enterprise security, compliance, and risk management strategy aligned with FFIEC, GLBA, NIST CSF, and SOC2.
• Lead a comprehensive API Security program addressing authentication, authorization, and resilience for Open Banking and Fintech APIs.
• Implement AI security and compliance frameworks to defend against prompt injection and model inversion, partnering with AI Labs.
• Oversee the architecture and integrity of Identity and Fraud Detection products using behavioral analytics and AI-based anomaly detection.
• Manage regulatory relationships, audit readiness, and Third-Party Risk Management (VRM) programs.
• Direct IAM, encryption, and Zero Trust Architecture across hybrid GCP and AWS environments.

Requirements

• 15+ years in Information Security, including 5+ years in a CISO or senior leadership role in financial services, fintech, or SaaS.
• Based in the US (Georgia or California).
• Deep expertise in API Security, Cloud Security, Product Security, and Identity/Fraud Detection systems.
• Proven experience implementing FFIEC-aligned compliance frameworks and managing regulatory engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or CRISC are preferred.
