Salary: $267,000 – $360,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and implement a comprehensive Information Security Program consistent with FDIC guidance and Interagency Guidelines.
• Establish threat monitoring and detection capabilities and lead the Bank’s Incident Response Program.
• Oversee third-party and affiliate risk assessments, due diligence, and contractual requirements for vendors.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection requirements including GLBA and Regulation P.
• Lead the development and testing of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) plans.
• Build security architecture and readiness materials for the de novo application process and FDIC examinations.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of information security and technology risk management experience.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience at a regulated financial institution or Fintech.
• Demonstrated experience implementing security programs compliant with FDIC and FFIEC standards.
• Expertise in incident response, penetration testing, and security operations in cloud-based and hybrid environments.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics to executive leadership and regulators.
